Sync broken on ios

[Bug] CLI: File chunks not replicated to remote - files appear empty (size 0)

Remediation mode restores nothing, and Fetch and Rebuild Everything fail while it is active

Queued replication results are not resumed when the application becomes ready

Some mismatches have been detected in the configuration between devices. Running a manual replication will attempt to resolve this issue.

Auto-Conflict causes lost data

CLI daemon deletes database entries at startup: the initial scan is skipped when the file cache is partially warmed

Customisation Sync compares 32-bit-truncated mtimes, so "Newer/Older" and "Select All Shiny" pick at random

Customisation Sync: local file is newer than remote file but OLS marked it newer.

"Hide not applicable items" does not hide identical items in Customization Sync

Documents with question mark in title won't be synced
