Sync broken on ios

Abstract

When setting up ios to sync with remote it does fast fetch and when fast fetch is complete it just restarts + no type of syncing works.

Expected behaviour

I expected the fast fetch to finish and then process all the files, but it does the processing and then restarts fetch.

Actually happened

Fast fetch just keeps restarting over and over. I've tried everything, I've deleted the database and my obsidian and started fresh and it happens every time. Everything is up to date as well.

Reproducing procedure

Install obsidian on iphone. Install livesync plugin. Use quick setup and connect with setup URI. Follow directions for setup.

Other information, insights and intuition

the flag_fetch file remains in the notes and when deleted this stops fetch from happening whenever obsidian is refreshed, but then sync doesn't work at all. I have obsidian on my desktop (ubuntu) and macOS, and ipad, and it syncs perfectly everywhere except for my phone. Customization sync is turned off as well.
