ToReactiveProperty 创建 ReadOnlyReactiveProperty

目前使用 ToReactiveProperty 会创建一个 ReadOnlyReactiveProperty，并仅返回其接口。由于接口不是一个 IDisposable，因此对流（在 ReadOnlyReactiveProperty 中创建）的订阅将无法再被释放。
