Using Cloudflare TURN

I really want to use Cloudflare TURN servers because they have a very generous free tier limit (1000GB free per month). The problem is that Cloudflare requires you to always generate new credentials via their API and the max TTL for a credential is 2 days.

Would it be possible to include a custom option like "Use Cloudflare TURN" in the setup, where you provide the API key for getting the credentials and the app takes care of the rest?
