Game or games this happens in

UCES-01401 - God of War: Ghost of Sparta

What area of the game / PPSSPP

In my optinion the issue #8299 is not fixed. I open a new one, because it's closed and tagged. The event is never triggered.

I tried a lot of settings and hot fixes known from web. Like CPU clock to 200 or 233 etc. But nothing helps.

I'm on a Apple M4 with macOS 26.6.2 with a 60Hz 4k monitor.

It’s a real waste of time. At first, you think: "Okay... a long fighting scene. Weird, the rest of game was nice..." But you become more and more skeptical, until you die due to unfair behavior of enemies. The cutscene simply never triggers. Could we fix that from PPSSPP perspective? Would be awesome!

What should happen

The cutscene event should be triggered. The game should behave normally as expected.
