禁用安全中心功能出现问题（附恢复方法）

I encountered the same issue as #60. The Security Center was disabled, but the system services were still running. It was only when the game patch was removed that the problem was discovered. This situation resulted in administrators not being able to edit the registry entries related to the Security Center, and the disabling and enabling of the Security Center feature was denied access. Attempts to make other modifications to the software also failed due to the anti-virus detection and inability to download. Also, because the Security Center was disabled, it was not possible to turn off real-time protection. Finally, I had to manually modify the registry to resolve the issue. Not only did this affect the Defender policy, but it also disabled the SecurityHealthService and wscsvc services, resulting in third-party security software being unable to register properly. When restoring Defender, in addition to checking the policy items, it is also necessary to check the startup status of these two services.
