The max plan allows 2400 prompts in 5 hours, which means an average of 8 prompts per minute. However, the rate limit for concurrent requests is only 2 (previously it was 5, and on January 9, it was secretly changed to 2). How can 8 prompts per minute be sent out with only 2 concurrent requests?
