不使用中文语言包

**描述错误** 在 vscode 中,我安装了中文语言包后,pretty-ts-errors 并没有显示。例如包: MS-CEINTL.vscode-language-pack-zh-hans 当我卸载此包时,pretty-ts-errors 就正常工作。
