Run with `vim -Nu vimrc_ycm_minimal.vim ./third_party/ycmd/ycmd/tests/clangd/testdata/basic.cpp` assuming you have YouCompleteMe installed as a pack named `youcompleteme`, but you could just as well load it from the source as the default vimrc_ycm_minimal does.
