添加自己搭建的 Freshrss 源后，PC 端出现重复条目，手机端却正常。

I added the source of my own built FreshRSS project. It was installed on Feitian earlier, and the FreshRSS and RssHub projects. After using it on the PC for a while, it will appear duplicate items, while the mobile phone has been normal.
