Chrome 无法从网站上提取文件

The system is win10, I just updated chrome today, version 151.0.7922.138 (official version) (64-bit), and the code was pulled directly from GitHub (I also pulled the latest code this morning). It was loaded through "Load unpacked extensions". I downloaded a m3u8 video from a video website using Catcatch, and after downloading all the files, it also showed that the download was successful, but the Chrome download prompt "Unable to extract files from the website", and there is only one`unconfirmed 303414.crdownload` cache file in the local Downloads folder (although changing this cache file to a ts extension can play the video). The download video website is https://www.7itv.com/vodplay/296377-1-1.html, and the download link is https://vip.ffzy-play9.com/20260723/45145_51edcfc8/2000k/hls/mixed.m3u8. In the Catcatch settings, I only checked "Download while streaming". For further testing, I also checked the "mp4 format" option, and finally successfully downloaded the mp4 file, which means that the ts file will be intercepted. After searching online, I suspect that this is a security policy of Chrome. The steps to modify are as follows: In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Security (or Secure Browsing), switch Standard Protection to the Unprotected (Not Recommended) mode, and then restart the browser. After setting this, it is indeed successful to download the ts file normally after the download is completed. I am not sure if this is a bug in Chrome or a bug in Catcatch, or maybe it is not a bug at all. So, can this be solved? That is, whether it is possible to download the file normally under the condition that only "Download while streaming" is checked, and the Chrome security policy is not modified. (I have not tested whether it is possible to download the ts file normally without enabling "Download while streaming", since the video itself is larger than 2G, and if it is not enabled, it will also prompt me to enable the "Download while streaming" option for files larger than 2G.)
