复活got_ocr 支持在最新版 vllm0.13.0 中推理

The Kalorda project has integrated online fine-tuning and comparison inference tests for multiple vlmOCR models, including support for the got_ocr model under the latest vllm 0.13.0, fine-tuning under ms-swift 3.12.0, and a tribute to the old model of end-to-end OCR.
