支持基于 TOML 的声明式配置，实现“一次配置，全平台生成”

Currently, Sub-Store can handle subscriptions and export multi-platform configurations, but it mainly relies on JS scripts/code-based configurations, which are not very intuitive and friendly. We hope to achieve "one configuration file as a single source", in which we declare subscription sources, groups, rules, renaming, filtering, etc., and then Sub-Store automatically generates products that can be imported on each platform.
