Problem description

v3.4.3 converted the "Microsoft Pinyin (Win10 self-learning dictionary)" file, and when imported into Microsoft Pinyin, it reported: "Failed: file format is incorrect or the file is corrupted." v3.4.0 can be imported normally using the same source file and the same target format.
