[BUG] 模型超参数文件不再可供下载

Description

It seems that https://recodatasets.z20.web.core.windows.net is no longer serving assets for this project, which is mentioned in #2251. In addition to the images, this also affects model hyper-parameter files like dkn_MINDsmall.yaml, which is used in the example notebook for training and evaluating DKN (examples/02_model_content_based_filtering/dkn_deep_dive.ipynb).

A similar issue seems to affect example notebooks for NRMS, NAML, NPA, LSTUR, LightGCN, xDeepFM, and possibly others.
