TINY 文档改进建议

For the named color list page it currently displays the list in alphabetical order of the color name. This is probably good enough for 99% of doc readers who know the general color idea they want. Another option to display on the right half of that page is sorting the colors by their RGBA values to give a visual gradient as well. I did the sorting already so hopefully this reduces the work needed to make the change if it is approved.
