中英文流式 TTS 的配置方法

I tried it yesterday afternoon and found that it can implement the official Chinese and English streaming TTS. Currently, the official streaming TTS examples only support Chinese female voice, and there seems to be no tutorial on how to configure streaming TTS for other languages. Last night, I spent some time recording a video and posting it online to record my configuration process.
