`applyLocaleToDOM()` 会在携带 `data-i18n` 的任何元素上标记 `textContent`，包括 `<option>`，但 `static/index.html` 中的许多选择仍然是纯文本，因此即使 UI 语言不是英语，也总是以英语呈现：
