Postgres 节点: 查询参数值中的逗号会被分割为多个绑定值

⚠️ Severity corrected after further testing. An earlier version of this report claimed silent data corruption. That was wrong: I had verified n8n's value collection but not the value binding. Supplying the surplus value to PostgreSQL produces a hard error, not a wrong write. See the correction comment. The code path and the fix suggestion are unchanged.
