[错误] mihomo 运行时间过长会导致网速变慢

I have been running bare metal + system proxy mode on my computer for the past two days, and YouTube has been lagging. I tried many nodes, but it didn't work. I thought the network at home was down. Today, I had a sudden idea to switch to tun mode, and then I tested the speed and found that it had recovered. Then, I restarted Mihomo and switched back to system proxy mode, and the speed was still the same. This means that Mihomo runs slowly after a long time in bare metal mode. I guess I need to restart it regularly.
