[错误] web_scan 的 active_tab 是"上次操作的 tab",而不是真实的活动 tab(桥接扩展未上报 active 状态)

Environment

• macOS + Chrome (MV3 bridge extension tmwd_cdp_bridge) + conductor mode
• Local and upstream main files (ga.py / TMWebDriver.py / background.js) are consistent, the bug is in the latest version
