请支持 audio.cpp 作为本地 ASR + TTS/语音克隆后端

Hello everyone! I am the maintainer of [audio.cpp](https://GitHub.com/0xShug0/audio.cpp). I noticed that LiveTalking already supports multiple local TTS/speech cloning engines, and also saw the discussion about adding FunASR in #601. So I was wondering if audio.cpp could serve as a unified local audio backend.
