runtime-rs: Sandbox::wait() 可能会错过停止通知,从而永远无法返回

问题描述

VirtSandbox 通过 tokio::sync::watch 通道( exit_notify_tx )通知其停止。沙箱只保留发送者:由 watch::channel(false) 创建的接收器立即丢弃,且在调用 wait() 时订阅。
