README 结构变更和建议

I would like to add a table of contents at the beginning. I would like to be able to select a link and navigate to it. The text in the README is long, and I couldn't find the important information at the bottom that is more important for job preparation than for recruitment. 2. I would like to postpone the recruitment information to the fifth section. I think the job search tips are more useful than the recruitment information. 3. I would like to see the order of the recruitment information changed randomly. I think it would be better if the company that appears first when you scroll through the page has more actual views, so that it is mixed. 4. There are cases where the JD in the README does not match the JD in the actual page. 5. There are quite a few companies that do not delete this page even if the position has been recruited. I would like to suggest improvements to the points that I was uncomfortable with, as the repo of GitHub Star 9.2k contains information that is influential for new graduates, interns, and juniors.
