[功能]: 一键启动包的下载链接出错

Requirement Description | Problem Statement I installed the Windows One-Click Start Package according to the release link provided in the readme, and when I downloaded it, it didn't look like it at all. There was no update.bat or start.bat, only webui.bat. It seemed to be a local installation file. Please confirm whether the link is incorrect. I searched through the releases but couldn't find the relevant files. Please confirm and fix it.
