更新 flux 自定义指标示例/docs 以支持 resource-state-metrics

此仓库中的监控设置示例 https://GitHub.com/fluxcd/flux2-monitoring-example 和官方文档 https://fluxcd.io/flux/monitoring/custom-metrics/ 利用了 kube 状态指标 中的 custom-resource-state 功能。该功能现已 冻结，以支持 resource-state-metrics，一旦 resource-state-metrics 稳定后，该功能将被淘汰。如果示例和文档中能够提供有关如何使用 resource-state-metrics 来实现 flux 自定义指标的说明，那就太好了。
