Install Codex Dream Skin on macOS.
Apply any custom background theme.
Normally close or restart Codex to make the original CDP endpoint disappear.
Wait for a few minutes.
Check the launchctl job, injector-error.log, and Dream Skin status.
You can see that the watcher is still running and the log continues to add "fetch failed"; the system operation is noticeably lagging.
