When the model continues to request, DeepSeek returns an HTTP 400 with "No tool output found for tool call call_...", and the session cannot continue. 6. The problem is not that the function_call_output is missing the call_id (different from #7074); the call_id exists and is correctly matched, but it is interrupted by the intermediate developer message.
