使用 `reftable` 格式的新仓库时, `dotgit` 模式出错 — `unsupported extension name extensions.refstorage`

tl;dr: 我在全局 git 配置中启用了 `feature.experimental`，现在每当我使用 `git clone` 克隆新仓库时，sapling 的 dotgit 模式都会失败。
