On the Windows side, when starting with administrator privileges, a UAC dialog box will pop up when the computer starts up. After looking into how EcoPaste starts up, it turns out that a task scheduler has been created that is checked to run with the highest privileges. Theoretically, this type of startup should not cause a UAC dialog box to appear, but it still does. So it is likely that there is a bug somewhere.
