chineseocr_lite 该项目的 tensorRT 10.x 算法移植

First of all, I would like to thank the author for open-sourcing this project, which is very helpful for my learning of OCR. After looking at the porting versions provided by the project, I found that there is no porting to the TensorRT platform. So I decided to try to achieve this task with the help of Claude code and my own debugging and code habits. Although it has been several years since the project was released, if this porting version of TensorRT can provide convenience for some friends, that would be great. The porting repository address is chineseocr_lite_tensorRT, and if there are any problems, please feel free to point them out and help us improve it.
