显示器问题

My students are not able to see the screen properly. The students are using Chromebooks that were bought in bulk, so they are all the same model and they are all on the same wireless network. The login works, but the screen will not show properly. I have taken screenshots of the student experience. Although the students can muddle through it, I have to lend a lot of assistance to make this work. If I log in using my credentials, teacher credentials, to the same computer, same wifi network, it is fine. I know this has something to do with something being filtered or blocked by either Google Workspace or GoGuardian, but I am stuck. I have whitelisted everything that Code Combat has provided in GoGuardian and Google Workspace. Any ideas where to look?
