Bug Description

Using models from third-party platforms like AiOnly to call MCP tools, or uploading attachments results in HTTP error 400. Error name: AI_APICallError Error message: Stack trace: null Status code: 400

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select a third-party platform model
2. Write a prompt asking to use MCP tool XX to do something
3. Return error message

Expected Behavior

Should execute normally
