柺 -> 枴

The revised edition of the National Language Dictionary includes the character [枴] (刀), but does not include the character [柺] (力). At present, the dictionary used in the project uses the character [柺] (力) exclusively, and only the Hong Kong character form has an additional conversion rule of "柺 -> 枴". Should we not use the character [枴] directly?
