Create a scheduled task that fires at 9:00 am on weekdays in the cron setting.
Let it fire naturally for several business days.
Compare the lastRunAt/nextRunAt values returned by list_scheduled_tasks with the output produced by the task (e.g. files, session history) on each day.
The following three patterns of inconsistencies were reproduced over the last four business days (see the text in What's Wrong for details):
