**Summary**: Even if all the temperatures related to cohort construction are set to 0, the same input is processed twice in a row in the same container using `ontology/generate` + `graph/build`, and different sets of entities are still produced. This means that the recommendation in #751 to make the temperatures configurable is not enough to achieve a reproducible cohort. In addition, non-person entities extracted from the input (including `MiroFish` itself) are promoted to simulated personas.
