[BUG] An ill-positioned icon on macOS 14

ill-positioned icon on the left

well-placed icon on the right

It's not necessarily a clash-verge issue. It could also be a macOS issue. But there is currently no second app that exhibits this behavior.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upgrade to macOS 14.0
2. Open clash-verge

Expected behavior There are no extra icons on the left.
