Edit email button horizontally overflows viewport on vertical mobile view

In the 'Personal Settings / Account & Privacy' UI: On narrow viewports, such as some mobile devices or in Zulip desktop slightly zoomed-in, the 'edit email' button can fall outside of view. This is misleading, as it appears the user is not allowed to change their email address.

We invite contributors to discuss a in the #design channel on CZO if you would like to pick up this issue. Precise before/after screenshots at different screen sizes will be necessary to represent a proposed fix.

Steps to reproduce: Just enter Account & privacy and observe

The edit email button is invisible on mobile vertical view but can be accessed by scrolling right. It is visible in horizontal view.

This is especially confusing because according to this help page it appears that I have no permission to change email but I do
