Unreliable output

I had my marketing people check the report of an audit and there was stuff like missing llms.txt in the audit, whereas it was literally on the website at customername.xx/llms.txt. Said it had no google customer profile whereas it actually had. and so on. How trustworthy is any of this then at this point?
