Is there a way to continue the run after hitting the limit?

I have tried running the full-report but ran into the limit in a clean session of Claude Code. Is there a possibility to continue the session without starting from scratch? Because then I will run into the same limit again?

Also it would be nice if we can somehow reduce the tokens spent, if at all possible.
