Sort order of API calls in the reference docs is not obvious for readers

As a developer, I want want to get the API calls sorted so that I can find them easier by looking through the docs.

At the moment the list is sorted by the underling url for a call. Since we display the "summary" field instead of the url there is no easy to read order of the calls. As a reader I would expect the calls to be sorted alphabetically as displayed to me.
