search_code not invoked

i've got the setup complete, indexed & running. I can search in the codebase myself and get returns.

However, when Claude Code is running it will simply continue using bash to search the files and functions, i.e. does not invoke any claude-context.

Is there anything that needs to be added to CLAUDE.md, settings.json or add instructions in the prompt to use claude-context?
