需要一个极简的、面向公网访客的对话界面，就像常见的在线客服聊天窗一样，只保留输入框和消息展示，去掉所有后台管理功能。这样才能在网页中嵌入它来实现在线网页客服。目前的web通道太复杂了，是给管理员用的。
