PDF export needs to support bookmarks

PDF export needs to support bookmarks Bookmarks make browsing and reading really convenient

TOC (Table of Contents) is the contents page on the first page of a document, while bookmarks are the navigation tree in the sidebar of a PDF reader. These two are completely different things.

especially, simple pdf export is also need bookmark.

Example Workflow

the most simple way is to use prince to generate pdf with bookmark
