Right-click context-menu actions Copy, Cut, and Paste do not work properly in the URL bar (Windows version)

What happened?

In Zen 1.22.2b, right-click context-menu actions Copy, Cut, and Paste do not work in the URL bar. Keyboard shortcuts work, and Zen’s dedicated Copy URL button works. The same profile works correctly in Zen 1.22.1b. The issue persists with all extensions disabled, in Troubleshoot Mode, and in a new profile. Additionally, it persists with a clean and fresh install after first removing any and all files, folders, or registry references to Zen browser. I also confirmed the issue does not exist in Firefox 156.0. I did notice there seems to have been a similar Linux issue in a previous build.

Expected behavior

Right click in the url bar after going to a website and be able to copy, cut, or paste links.

Actual behavior

Can not copy, cut, or paste by right clicking in the url bar after going to a website.

Steps to reproduce

Open Zen browser and go to a website. Once you have done so, try to cut or copy the address or paste a new link into the url bar. There seems to be no problem pasting a link if you open the browser to the built in start page but that's it. Once you get to the site you pasted in, you can't then cut, copy, or paste anything to the URL bar by right click. Nothing happens and also what you tried to copy from the url bar after going to a website won't even show up in the clipboard app.
