Sidebar position set to top after exiting fullscreen YouTube video

What happened?

After exiting the fullscreen YouTube player, the sidebar tab list position resets to the top even if the position for the new tab button is at the bottom of the sidebar.

Expected behavior

No expected change after exiting fullscreen Youtube player

Actual behavior

Scrolls to top of sidebar tab list

Steps to reproduce

1. Set new tab button position to bottom of sidebar
2. Open a YouTube video with enough tabs open that you need to scroll to the bottom to select the YouTube video tab
3. Enter fullscreen (bottom right button) mode in the YouTube player
4. Exit fullscreen mode in the YouTube player
