Can't Zap elements below a website because the "Click to Unzap" modal is blocking it

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

So, I'm trying to Zap the "New Chat" element in Notion, but as you can see, I can't select it with the cursor. I can use CSS to remove it, but non-technical users might find this annoying. Maybe allow the possibility to drag the modal, or maybe I just missed it? Thanks!

Expected behavior

Zap modal should be draggrable, or use a different paradigm

Actual behavior

Zap modal blocks the cursor from selecting an element

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a boost
2. Zap an element below a non-scrolling page
