CachyOS. Can't Access Steam Input

Intended

Describe the bug Game does not have steam overlay or steam input mapping. The steam controller (2026) is in desktop mode when running the game, so the game doesn't recognize the gyro.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install the linux version of the app.
2. Add it to steam as a non-steam game
3. Run from steam
4. Attempt to open overlay (shift+tab) (doesn't work) and adjust controller options through steam input (doesn't work)

Expected behavior GAme should be able to have a steam overlay on it, and changes in steam input should allow for gyro controls.
