Describe the bug When trying to access the "Available" tab in the Docset Library, Zeal fails to download the list and shows a "TLS initialization failed" error dialog.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Zeal.
- Go to Tools -> Docset Library.
- Click on the "Available" tab (or attempt to refresh/download).
- See the error popup.
