Add TSV or CSV export support

Function to export as TSV or CSV.

Motivation / 动机

GLM-OCR already outputs Markdown and JSON. Direct TSV(or CSV) export would be useful for spreadsheet, data analysis workflows, and many apps that supports importing from TSV(or CSV). This would simplify PDF to Spreadsheet pipelines and reduce the need for post-processing.
